Stupid gift card policies.
I have tried to get invoices emailed to me for months and still nothing. I talked with 3 different customer support people and each one said I would have an email within 24 hours reviewing my payment history still nothing. Their policies regarding giftcard use is STUPID. If you use a gift card and the amount on the gift card falls below the cost of your next box they automatically cancel your account then lure you back with discounts, but if you use the discounts they will not use up your remaining gift card balance, thereby forcing you to buy more boxes than you may have planned. Don't ever buy their gift cards to give to someone it is to much of a hassle. No I would not recommend grenchef for thus reason.
