I have been using Southall Travel to book my holidays for the past 18 years. I have dealt with so many of their helpful travel agents to book various holidays. This year I have been in contact with Sam who has helped me book a holiday to Dubai and another to Thailand. He has been extremely helpful and with the Thailand holiday he has been very patient. Mostly as I was indecisive and he was very patient and provided me with a number of options. Not at all pushy to book and left me to check the quotes in my own time.
