Skeptisch .. verzweifelt .. enttäuscht

Was soll ich sagen?! Bin verzweifelt.. Erst seit 2 Monaten immatrikulierte, aber sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt!! Studienbetreuung lassen sich unglaublich viel Zeit, man reagiert einfach nicht auf Emails, Fragen bleiben unbeantwortet. Seit 1 Monat warte ich nun darauf, dass mir ein Studienbescheinigung zugesendet wird_ 1 MONAT - es kommt einfach nichts!!!! Ich bin total skeptisch, wie das nun künftig ablaufen soll?!
