Overcharged and no response to three emails
I signed up for AU$35.19 for a 3-month plan. There wwere no emails/advice/comms from them that this would change after the first three months. I forgot to cancel after trying for 3 months - that's on me, but without any further comms or consultation, they charged me AU$87.98 for the next 3 months and same again for the next 3 months. They also charged VAT which should not be charged outside of the EU. I sent an email with order details, screenshots of PayPal payments made to them, without my consent given the original order says "Product: 3-month plan Order amount: 35.19 AUD" Received no response. Sent again, also adding should not be charging me VAT. Received no response. Forwarded to innodiets email explaining I had no response from kureapp email - no response from them either.
