I was extremely disappointed with the customer service
I was extremely disappointed with this management company. We travel to Destin, FL multiple times a year (for about 20 years now) and have used numerous rental companies. I have never felt the need to give a review until now. We reached out a couple times before we stayed in this particular house to see if we could walk through it. Each time we called and spoke to one of the operators they were very unhelpful and downright rude. Twice in particular we spoke to a woman named Janet. It was clear from the beginning that she was not willing to help with any questions or concerns. Also, during our stay there were a list of things wrong with the house. We completely understand that the houses we are staying in are rental properties, so we do not expect perfection. However, we do expect the rental company to try their best to fix things the best they can. We told them that there were 3 things we would like them to fix immediately... First being the elevator (my dad has trouble going up and down stairs, which is one of the reasons we chose this house to stay in), the fridge (during the day it would get up to 57 degrees, I had to keep my sons milk in a fridge upstairs so it wouldn't spoil), and the front door handle fell off the first day we were there (self explanatory why we would need this...). We called on Saturday and no one showed up until TUESDAY. The other items were never fixed, so hopefully the guests who stayed next had better luck. Again, we don't expect perfection. However, I do expect decent customer service and that is not at all what we received.
