I wasn't looking to book immediately on my call to Cruise 1st, but because of his helpfulness Michael put my mind at ease. This will be my first cruise and I had a few questions which he promptly addressed and secured a decent cabin for myself and a friend. If this turns out to be a successful holiday I will definitely be booking with Cruise 1st again in the future
