More straightforward than I expected
I was trying to disconnect my wife's email address from my account so she could activate a new simcard. Carmen understood the brief immediately and actioned everything within minutes. This is after I was told it would take a long time to do by another agent yesterday. Carmen was friendly and clear and took the time to answer all my questions.
