I am Chinese and I live for several years in Italy. When I was in China, I regularly drank high quality tea. Although I am not a professional, I had attended several high standard tea classes in China. And now I wanted to continue learning more about it, also to improve my Italian. So I searched and found several courses here in Italy, but the only ones that seemed very serious were those of the Italy Tea Association (Assotè). In fact, my expectations were fully met. Honestly, I would never have expected to find tea courses of such a high level here in Italy. Nothing to envy to those I attended in China. I was also deeply impressed by Master Bertona's great knowledge about Chinese Tea Art （茶艺和茶道） as well as by the many awards he has received in my homeland. Thank you for promoting true tea culture in Italy！
