My experience at Huws Gray today started when after waiting at the trade counter to be served, I asked the guy at the counter, next to the computer if I could place an order for delivery. He handed me a piece of paper to fill in as a "chitty" to hand to someone in the warehouse" LOL If you want to waste your time and money try buying something from Huws Grey and watch them p*ss you around with their bureaucratic nonesense. I must have spent about £100k with them over the past couple of years and wondered why it took our workmen so long to return with materials. Now I've experienced the shambles for myself It's plain to see how much time and money I've wasted by paying hourly rates to workmen who have to stand around and get moved from department to department at Huws Grey just to get what they need for the day. I came away empty handed, walking out the door with someone following behind trying to explain I needed to go back into the building and speak to someone on the trade counter. Buy on line from somewhere else if you can and plan ahead.
