They are not who they say they are. You think you are booking with Travel Republic travel rep company. You are NOT you ae booking with a company called Yalago. My hotel was cancelled 41 days before departure not their fault so they say, however, the alternative hotel offered was not built - AI photos only available -no reviews. When I refused to amend my booking to this nightmare & offered a hotel I would lke to stay I was told I would need to wait to SEE if Yalago would offer me this hotel. I cancelled & got a refund - compensation was offered but not recieved. I cannot express how disappointed I am with this experience and how stressful it was. I have now booked with a trusted company TUI
