About 8 months ago, we started using Deskera to bring some order to our growing manufacturing operations. Before that, we were struggling with inventory in Excel and using a separate tool for accounting, it was messy and time-consuming. With Deskera things are seamless and everything works together. Inventory movements update accounting automatically, so we’re not spending hours reconciling things manually anymore. We can track raw materials and finished goods through production without needing multiple spreadsheets. The real-time data has been a huge plus. I can quickly check stock levels, pending orders, or accounts. Reports are clear and give me the numbers I need to make decisions without pulling data from five places. There have been minor bugs here and there after updates, and I’d love a bit more flexibility in custom reporting. But overall, Deskera has helped us cut admin time and focus more on running the business, not chasing down information.
