Poor customer service
At the time of purchase the item was being sold with reference to the app to be used as the reminder. It did not work and the company informed me that the app was still in the process of being done (false advertising) I had to send several emails and a call before I received an adequate apology. The filter itself is good. I'm now informed the app is up and running. Product is great but customer service was poor.
