Mystery Kits is the pits!
I purchased a kids top for my nephews Christmas in December 2023. He was delighted in receiving this and wore it on Christmas Day. That evening however, the stitching around the neck started to come away which indicated a problem with the top. I contacted Mystery Kits on the 27th of December and didn’t receive any reply back until the end of January. I’d asked them to replace the faulty goods but they advised me that because the tags were removed they couldn’t do a replacement. I’ve been back and forth with them a few times but it always seems to take over a week before they reply to an email and there is no phone number. The latest is they have offered a 30% discount on a different top. I find this completely unacceptable. The top is clearly faulty through no fault of our own and the they are happy to take my money and offer absolutely no guarantee or any level of customer care. I would avoid completely.
