Online customer service Bots
Clearly their online customer service is controlled by bots. Failed to apply a discount, basically said they don't care, I suggested they refund the difference or I could just return and re-purchase, and they offer to give me a postal label. (The return shipping would be more than the discount) Never experienced such impersonal service in a long time. Lost me as a customer.
