Good but room for improvement
Gungear provided decent service for our business needs. The final deliverables were satisfactory and met our basic requirements. However, the timeline was longer than initially quoted, and communication could have been more frequent during the middle phases of the project. Not bad overall, but there's definitely room for improvement in project management.
