Seems almost impossible to cancel…

Seems almost impossible to cancel recurring billing when you don't want to use the service any more. Spoke to customer services many times with promises of cancellation but it hasn't happened yet. Edit: as you can see idrive have been in touch and suggest I contact idrive support. I have done this 3 times over a week. Each time I am promised someone will be in touch but they never are.
