Saved me waiting 3 months!!!!!
I had booked a fast track test with a company called PassmeFast (£150) and was expecting a test date within a time frame of 2-3 weeks as they claim they fast track test and are able to beat DVLA waiting time, this was going back in May 2024. They then sent me a a booking for September 30th!!! As you can imagine I was not at all impressed. I tried getting a refund of the amount above as I didn't see why I should be paying a primium price for what they was offering. Plus I could book those dates myself via DVLA and paid half the price. However I was told I am not eligible for a refund and would have to wait 30days to claim my money back. I waited almost to the end of June till I found out about this test cancellation app so I signed up and within a day or two they found me a test at my chosen test centre and saved me months of waiting!!!!! Couldn't recommend them enough!!!!!
