Excellent customer service
The best way to find out how good a company is is when you need to deal with their customer services. I bought a vivarium from Internet reptile, it arrived in super quick time (next day) however unfortunately the courier company had severely damaged it in transit. I took plenty of photos and emailed. The response was pretty much immediate, on a Sunday too! They arranged delivery of a replacement and collection of the broken vivarium at a time to suit me and couldn't have been more helpful. In general I find Internet reptile to be reasonably priced with swift delivery.
