This company uses HDP shipping I believe. I placed an order almost 30 days ago, the tracking says it just shipped today every day I look but it never arrived never ever and there has been no updates to the tracking. I called 2 1/2 weeks after I placed the order to be told they wouldn’t do anything until it had been after 30 days with nothing showing up. I called again at 29 days and was told they put a ticket in but it takes 5-7 business days for management to look into it. This is way too long to wait for them to fix the problem. They say they will re-ship missing orders but the hoops one has to jump through to get them to honor it is ridiculous. I will never order from them again. Update- I called to check on the status of the order again and was told they still haven’t had the time to get to it yet. It’s been 10 business days and still no response from management. I’ll be reporting a fraud charge since they do not do anything they say they will. I asked if they were going to use a different delivery service in the future since this seems to be such a huge problem for so many lately. I was told they were getting everything ironed out but it takes time, so no answer really. I had to buy coils from a local shop while waiting on this huge order to get sorted out. I paid a lot more but these coils have been significantly better as far as taste and longevity are concerned. I’m NEVER ordering through this company again.
