Change of tenant
We had a quick turnaround for moving into the flat and Giles was very pleasant, easy to deal with and responsive to emails. Tatiana was also helpful in answering our many questions! It might just be useful in future to have an idea of the timeframe for the process and to make this clear to the vacating tenants as they were pushing us to sort it when these things don’t happen overnight.
