I am so pleased with the inventory and personnel at the Michaels store on Randall Road in South Elgin, Illinois. Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. I travel farther to this location, due to how great everyone treats me. Everyone, always makes me feel special and appreciated, each time I enter the store. Keep up the terrific work, everyone.
