Charlotte Callin from Audley created a 2 week trip to Malaysia for my wife and I and I can only describe the service, organisation and communication as exceptional. Charlotte was always on hand to answer questions, and made all the arrangements on our behalf. Everything from the moment we departed Heathrow to the time we got back there ran seamlessly. The accommodations she recommended were outstanding, and the transfers between always on time and perfectly delivered. I can't really think of anything that Charlotte and Audley could have improved upon.
