I’ve only been with Jetpac a month but…
I’ve only been with Jetpac a month but have great experiences so far. My only issue was at a church when apparently my data was de-prioritized and I had no connection. Surprising that an event like that - not a concert or mega event - would result in no service at all - but Carl, representative via WhatsApp was quick to jump on the chat and very responsive and open in a very helpful way. As a customer, you have to understand you’re not a primary AT&T customer or whoever the provider is, so there are small moments when you’ll lose out and not have service. But at a fraction of the cost and ease of use across countries along with good customer service, it’s a no brainer. My only suggestion would be to have back up service on demand in your main country of residence.
