BEWARE! duplicate and unauthorized money taken by them and refused to return and locked my account!
First playing here was fine untill i started to have unauthorized transactions from my bank from them. There response was only to refuse to return my money, locked my account threatened me with permanent ban of account unless i signed a form stating that i was responsible for the unauthorized transactions they made and that i would be responsible for all transactions that would occur there after. I tried for months to work things out with them and not involve my card companies. I was a very loyal customer to them and after the thousands i had played with them i was hoping if i give them the chance to make it right they would refund the money they took without my permission... but nothing at all in any attempt by them to resolve this, last Ive sent formal demand letters for all of my deposits to be returned and reported them for fraud. Ive now went over a year without my money returned and have other accounts affiliated with them and b2services blocked or banned. That is theft in my book and its unfortunate that i thought they valued customer loyalty. to steal from customers that have done nothing but give you money then deny service is disgraceful to say the least and i hope someone reads this and plays there money elsewhere instead of Mcluck. Update... 8/31/25. Mcluck was gracious enough to reply to my review with an apologetic message instructing me to contact customer support directly seeming to that they would possibly resolve the issue of them stealing my money, saying they value customer loyalty or something of that nature... so i kindly reached out to them like asked and once again recieved the message saying they would not comment further on my account closure and refered back to the clause in thier terms that say they can close your account for no reason whatsoever. Just a reminder to anyone reading this that the reason they closed my account was because i had multiple unauthorized duplicate charges taken off my card and when i asked for it returned they locked my account and sent me a form to sign if i wanted it unlocked, a form stating that they never took that money and that i was responsible for all past and future charges!... im still baffeled at how they wont return my stolen money or even try to settle this with me.. crooks!
