Booked and paid for a collection that didn't arrive and then charged for an extra week!
The booking, collection and the Product I rented was all great. However, problems started when I called to confirm the end of contract and arranged and paid for collection. No collection arrived - but I was charged for an extra week's rental - on top of the extra I paid for the collection. I called the call centre several times over several days, but was on hold for over 20 mins to 45mins each time without be connected. I emailed - used the contact form on the website but still no reply. Each day I received emails from noreply@hss with a new contract asking me to call the call centre! In the end I spoke to the local depot where I collected from who were really helpful - arranged my collection and it was actually collected! Thank you. But I'm still waiting for my refund for the extra weeks rental!
