Simple task completed where others failed
Eve completed the task of providing me a receipt for an overstay. I had initially requested this on 11th May and Ralonda was unable to do this correctly. I was then passed to another worker who did nothing for over a week. I asked again and Eve managed to do it immediately and correctly so thanks Eve
