Disgusting would avoid this mob.
Had my dog at out of hours emergency vet at the weekend and although he seemed brighter when animal trust called I felt he could do with a check up today. Animal trust has taken over from my vet of 50 yrs and this was my first time attending. I was appalled from the moment I walked in. The reception area was filthy. Dog hair and dirty over the floor and under chairs. Reception staff barely acknowledged our presence and the when the guy called us in( not sure if he was a vet or a nurse) he did not introduced himself. The consultation room was as dirty as reception and concerned me deeply- certainly not the standard one expects to find in a clinical space. He hadn’t read the notes and asked why we were there. He went out and came back saying the system hadn’t been updated blaming receptionist. Funny that… their vet called me for an update after our emergency appointment. When I complained that the place was filthy I was told he did not have time to talk about that and if not happy I could leave. Guess what.. I did. Registered with new vet. Sad to see what has become of a fantastic vet since this lot took over. Poor customer service, lack of professionalism and significant risk through lack of basic hygiene.
