AO arena is 100000000x better than this horrible place
Twice now I have been the this venue and won’t be returning. Both times absolutely horrendous. The queuing to get in for seated tickets was awful we was queuing for about an hour onto a street outside the arena. The queueing for standing was also awful people had been camping out since the early hours of the morning queueing so when you turn up on time you are joining massive long queues and it takes them ages to let you into the building. The drinks are vile and overpriced. No staff member seems to know what there doing. The standing floor was absolutely boiling, and tbh quite dangerous. They let far to many people into the standing area so you are all squished and people around you getting irritated pushing a shoving. When you leave the arena is absolute chaos, 20,000 people leaving at once and trying to find your pre booked taxi and having to walk a million miles to the pick up points and then traffic coming out is horrendous so it takes you longer to get home. The venue is just very chaotic and just not a nice experience. I will not be booking to come here again I booked both tickets before knowing what the venue was like and was absolutely dreading the second time I went. Also the venue is a million miles off everything. AO arena is 100x better never had any issues when I’ve been there. Always been smooth sailing.
