I have filed a formal complaint with the U.S. government against your company for booking and charging me for a flight that didn't exist (the Barcelona to Amsterdam flight on July 1.) Also for charging me for the flight to Barcelona from San Sebastian, as that flight also did not help me get to Amsterdam. You promised to pay me back for this, but have yet to do so. Mitch Lies
