Where do I start….
Took a chance at my last renewal with them - never again. My daughter was on my policy as a learner with no problems and then once she passed her test I knew there would be a big price jump but I was charged more to add her than I would have been charged to get a whole years policy in her own name ! I had to suck it up. I changed my car to one in a lower insurance group but they charged me another £200+. When I queried this asking how it could go up when the car was in a lower group I got an email with a lot or words which boiled down to “because we can”. I have tried to cancel my policy today using the portal but they don’t make it that easy - “someone will get back to me within 1 business day” - that takes us to Monday as they don’t provide any service at all tomorrow (Sunday). Who provides zero customer service on a Sunday these days? . I am willing to lose the last few months of my premiums just to get rid of them. Never again !
