I have been a Gold member for several years, and I am so happy to have found Get Healthy U TV. The trainers are outstanding, and there is a variety of workouts. In addition, I appreciate how there is a modifier working out to show low impact moves. I feel like I am in the best shape of my life, and I will be 59 later this year. I highly recommend becoming a member.
