Faultless trade-in experience.

Traded-in S23 Ultra valued £650 for a new S24 Ultra directly from Samsung UK. I didn't use the display at maximum brightness for majority of the times. Sent in the device without any original packaging, if anything wrong with the order and return was initiated they would have returned the device without any original packaging anyways. Everything went smoothly without any problems as always. For reference this is directly from SAMSUNG UK website not verytradein.mtr.co.uk as some people here have dealt with them. Please make sure you choose the best option which applies to your trade-in devices after carefully examining your extensively used device. If unhappy with the device sent asked for return and try selling to CEX, MUSICMAGPIE or ENVIROFONE, see if they are telling you the same if not please update your review here that you tried selling again and the process was successful but verytradein.mtr.co.uk was at fault for sure.
