No service at Burleigh Heads Store
Went to Burleigh Heads store - no staff, and those that were there did not want to talk us - had to look around for somebody and when we did get to talk to a young man he was not helpful at all. He said he did not know anything about the product and basically left us. Check out was also an uninspiring experience - no hello, no 'how may I help you' and 'no smile'. I thought that perhaps something had gone awry in the store and the staff were expressing their unhappiness. Lots of great products in the store but staff really letting the company down.
