1 star is too much

1 star is too much - the worst experience I ever had purchasing something! I purchased the bike at the beginning of May and was advised that it would arrive after 14 working days - which was completely fine as I understood delays due to pandemic. The bike did not arrive within the 14 days and ElectricRider did not contact me about it, I had to chase them various times through emails and phone calls (who ever answers the phone is completely incompetent by the way) and after ONE MONTH they are able to discover that the courier had delivered the bike to the wrong address. Courier hadn’t sent any communication of delivery and had just left a £1000 bike infront of someone else’s house. By miracle the house was a new built with no one living there so I managed to retrieve the bike. Bear in mind by this time 2 months had passed since the order was placed. I got the bike out, everything looked ok apart from some scratches on the handle bar, but given how long i’d waited I chose to ignore them. I go out to test the bike after charging the battery as instructed and guess what? The battery is broken! So I get in touch and I request a new one sent to me. Electric Rider advise me to go to a bike shop and try and get it fixed there (annoying but I followed their directions and went all around London to find a bike shop that could fix it). No bike shop even knew what to do with it and they all told me it was ridiculous and that I should just send it back. At this point ElectricRider agree to pick up the battery for me with the promise that I will get a new one send to me in one week as they are getting more in stock. Well guess what its now been more then ONE MONTH that they have my battery. They are not communicating with me and I have no idea if I will ever get it back. I have requested a full refund and im awaiting for a response. Anyone in similar situation please comment here, would like to know if im the only one that has experience such terrible service. Honestly it seems they dont care about their customers.
