This is the first time in 70 years that…
This is the first time in 70 years that I have felt motivated to complete any exercises. I credit Katelyn for my continued progress. She motivated me without me even knowing she was doing it. I was shocked to learn that my 35 sessions were over as I was enjoying it so much I lost track of time. A few weeks ago I started doing 4 sessions a week on my own. And I feel great.
