Don’t waste your time
I’ve been using this app for years and it’s always been pretty decent. Today when I was on the app taking surveys though was a different story. Two different times I was not paid what I should’ve been paid. The first survey at the very end after spending almost 10 minutes on it they disqualified me after I put how much money I made yearly than the second time at the very end again spending at least 15 minutes on the survey it brought up a message, saying it reset and that I needed to go back and redo the survey and that they were sorry for the inconvenience. I don’t know about anyone else but when I spend that much of my time on something I expect to be paid what they say. I could see if they disqualified me for reasons that were my fault or legitimate reasons, but they literally let me get through the entire survey and then at the very last question you disqualify me and don’t pay me the money that just makes me not want to be on this app at all and I plan to not ever use it again. They should really take a look at their technical issues on the back end because somethings not right if you ask me. I proceeded to email support to tell them my issue and the agent told me sorry but it’s out of our control we can’t pay you for surveys you were declined! She didn’t even hear what I said in the email or what even happened she just sent me an automated reply because I’m sure they get this same thing a lot so they don’t even bother talking to customers and hearing them out.
