I purchased an item recently that did not state that it could not be refunded if it was too big. I am now told that I cannot return it despite the sizing guide being completely wrong. I spoke to customer service who were incredibly rude over the phone and was told I cannot return the item. I then emailed them with a detailed complaint and received a one line answer response. Absolutely diabolical.
