No one answers the telephone number provided
Trying to place an order, and have a simple question I need to ask before I order. A telephone number is shown on the website, making it seem they are reachable, but no one ever answers it, instead I am told to fill in a webform, which I have done. Now, instead of a simple question/answer, and me placing an order, I am sitting here waiting wondering if and when I will hear back from someone. Please don't show a telephone number if you are not intending to answer it (and please don't say we are very busy at this time - that's a stock answer that everyone says these days - at the very least have a queuing system so I can get in a queue and eventually get answered). Its not a great online experience. UPDATE FOLLOWING YOUR RESPONSE: Firstly thank you for acknowledging my complaint and recognising the problem. Customer service is a key aspect in shopping experience, so your reply means a lot to me, and I do support family businesses and the potential challenges you may face. I also did eventually receive my order and everything turned out ok. On that basis I have changed my rating to 3 stars but would appreciate you looking into my feedback and putting a better solution in place for customers trying to phone during your busy periods so they can eventually speak to someone if they have a problem or query.
