Deposit has still not been fully refunded
It has been 2 months since I moved out of one of their properties and they still have not refunded my deposit in full. My recent emails have been ignored and I now have to spend my time taking the matter further. On top of this, here are some things to consider if you are thinking of going with them. 1. The emergency number when there is a problem is charged at premium rate 2. The friend referral scheme is a lie. We referred multiple over my time there and were never rewarded this so-called finder's fee. 3. Rent (or 'fees' as they call it) increased by 25% in the last couple of years. 4. The staff in the office (as nice as they were) knew nothing about the building I lived in and a lot of our time was taken up dealing with and instructing builders who had no idea why they had been called to a job. Friendly service with terrible management. Taking advantage of honest people looking for affordable housing in London. They should be ashamed of themselves.
