On the 11th October I placed an online order and after an hour it hadn't turned up so I called them. I was told that the order hadn't been allocated but it was now corrected and the order would be with me in 20 minutes time. After 1/2 hour, still no delivery, so I called again and was advised that it was too late to send a driver and they would cancel my order. I asked for compensation for the inconvenience and was advised they would send a £5 voucher out..........I'm still waiting for the voucher.
