Delivered wrong product and did not recover it nor refunded me
I ordered some Vietnamese stones with 15 mm fillet and they delivered 10 mm fillet. They claimed that that was a minor detail and that I should just accept them... Then they very quickly changed their website to correct it to pretend I order it wrongly. In addition, about 50% of the stones had damages and were delivered in a very old pallet that was completely destroyed by the driver when it was dropped at my house in front of my driveway. Since I had to move them to access my house they claimed that it was not possible to refund me... when the pallet was already completely destroyed by them in the first place... I contacted the customer service and it is horrible. Arrogant people and unresponsive. Avoid this company at all costs. I am now proceeding with my lawyer to recover my money.
