Marriott Vacation Club

Business built on lies and deception.
We have been owners since 2000 and have slowly built our vacation portfolio over the years to the point we are at Chairman Level( highest) Overall we have enjoyed our experiences(pre- Marriott takeover), but lately our treatment has been poor. Especially with their position on the Maui wildfires, and the return/restriction of our points. It’s as though the entire company wakes up every morning and says “How can we F$&@k our customers over today? What lies can we tell to sell more worthless properties/points.” This is not a sustainable business model imho; look at their 2q financial results. Horrible performance in a recovering sector. Look closely at this company before drinking the time share kool aid. If you go to a presentation, ask for everything/promises in writing. Signed by a manager. Lots of turnover. Lastly take a look around their parking lot. Guarantee they all drive nicer cars than you do.
