What appalling customer service
What appalling customer service. Bought a scuf instinct pro for xbox in December of 2023. Used it until the following year where I was given a new controller, so started to use that. At this point t, the scuf had had just under a years worth of (not very heavy) use. I decided to go back to my scuf controller 30/6/25 and was confused to find that the controller doesn't work?? A, A, X & Y and unresponsive... bumpers, unresponsive... any "button" on the controller would not respond. Reached out to scuf as knew it was out of warranty, but for £199 you expect that they would repair or at least have a solution to the issue. Roll on 5 days later and the response was that they no longer offer out of warranty repairs and here's 20% off another product. 20% off 🤣 to buy another £199 brick in a year... no thank you. Very disappointed as this isn't my first time using suf products but is the first time I've shelled out near 200 ponds for a controller for it not to work just over 18 months later. Safe to say, I will not be using any other scuf products from now on 👌👎
