A reassuring and efficient service
Searching for a rental property this was the first company I approached. All phone calls were returned promptly and arrangements made for a viewing. The agent Kirstie Stone at Charters Farnham branch was unfailingly helpful and professional even when we had to reschedule. She was knowledgeable about the apartment and the local area. Dealing with her and her company provided reassurance in a stressful situation given all the paperwork and information requirements involved in securing a tenancy.
