disappointed with my first Astrological consultation with the Lunar Astro team

1. I would like to thank the astrologer who contacted for being polite and patient. However, I felt his interpretation lacked experience/expertise as I would expect from someone working for Lunar Astro under the guidance of Deepanshu Giri sir. He tried to explain the very basics to me in the beginning which was not necessary as I had already mentioned that I was trying to learn astrology and i was watching Deepanshu Sir's lectures got the past few months. However, he did give me some extra time which made up for the time lost in the beginning. 2. I am not satisfied with his interpretation/story especially of my previous life to prove his point. Rather it would have been sufficient just to say that a particular planet was afflicted because of certain conjunction in my chart especially when he was not able to interpret or predict someone the major and important events of my present life even after providing him with several prompts and the timeframe. Second, he was prompting me to give him information that he could have interpreted from my chart by saying that I am not communicating. 4. Mostly I felt everything in my chart he interpreted was negative. Not sure why he wasn't able to see anything positive. Especially his story regarding my previous life actually disturbed my mind afterwards for a while. 3. The customer service at LA refused to provide me with my own chart and horoscope in pdf form when there is no mention of it before hand that it would not be provided to me. Obviously, one would expect at least a pdf version of one's own chart after paying a huge amount for the consultation. I would like to forbid Lunar Astro or anyone associated with them to use my personal data and information in anyway without my prior consent. In summary, I would say that I am disappointed because I expected them to do better than just a normal interpretation that even normal astrologer could do. I expected their level to be a bit higher especially if they are learning from Deepanshu Sir. I am not sure if my chart was even studied in depth before consultation as mentioned at Lunar Astro website.
