NEVER AGAIN
NEVER AGAIN. I paid €25 for an "unlimited free calls to 35 countries" plan, and after just THREE international calls, my SIM card was blocked. They claimed I exceeded data usage—for a CALL plan? Makes no sense. Customer service? Useless. They just told me to email their help desk. I did. That was over a week ago—no reply. Meanwhile, half the month has passed, and I haven’t been able to use the service I paid for, so I had to find an alternative in the meantime. I’ve also seen posts from others warning about problems with cancelling and auto-renewals, so I’m already bracing for that headache too. If anyone knows where I can officially complain, please let me know. I’m done wasting time and energy with this company. I am still expecting an answer....
