Avoid at All Costs – Unreliable and Unaccountable Service
I had an extremely disappointing experience with ParcelABC. For over a month, my parcel collection has been repeatedly rescheduled, yet they still have no clear idea what the problem is, nor do they seem to care. There is no accountability on their part—no phone calls, no follow-up, just empty promises and rescheduled dates with no results. If you value reliability, look elsewhere. Not only does ParcelABC fail to deliver on their commitments, but they also provide very limited options for refunds. I am now stuck with a service that cannot perform as promised and unable to retrieve my funds through alternative payment methods. Save yourself the frustration and avoid using this service at all costs.
