Overpriced, no communication and simply don’t care after they have taken your money
I booked our holiday on the basis that I’ve always trusted this company to deliver the best prices. The morning after, jet2 were selling the exact same package for £180 cheaper (with the same airline!). I found the terms and conditions which states that if you see a like for like package that is cheaper within 24 hours, you will refund the difference if you have paid the holiday in full, which I have. I called twice and didn’t get anywhere. I’ve also emailed and haven’t heard anything back. How can you expect repeat business this way. This is the last time I will use travel republic and I will pass this on to everyone
