Unprofessional

It took me two attempts to donate my vehicle. Whomever you gave that picks them up does not respond to emails. It was frustrating and made complicated when it didn’t have to be. As a veteran it saddens me to say that in 6 mos when I donate my next car, I’ll look for another charity.
