Local Awesome, national good, internationally okay.
Local Awesome, national good, internationally okay. Depending on which company you compare to, the rating does change. Among local airlines there are, it is definitely the choice. They are reliable inter-island wise. Nationally, still good, compare to LCC or some non-LCC airlines. Internationally, there are better service airlines, food wise (food choice or taste), customer service (even more friendly or respectful), comfort (A/C temperature not being too cold or seat space), etc. However, depending on price, whenever I fly to the U.S.A from Japan or vise versa I do choose them a lot.
